Donations and Sponsorship

Needless to say, an event of this size does not come into being without costs. Therefore, we must turn to the friends, businesses and associates of our community that we have supported over the years and ask you to help us achieve our goal of $20,000.00.  All of our supporters will be displayed on a logo board at the Awards area of our Horse Show and in the demonstration and clinic areas throughout the event. You will also have an ad in our Spectacular program and your support will be announced throughout the event.

Event sponsors will be designated by Tiers:

   Platinum tier at $5000 or over-full page ad in the program, top tier on the logo board

   Gold tier at $2500 to $4999 – ½ page ad in the program, 2nd tier on the logo board

   Silver tier at $1000 to $2499 – ¼ page ad in the program, 3rd tier on the logo board

   Bronze tier at $100 to $999 – business card ad in the program

Each demonstration or clinic requires a $150.00 sponsorship. Horse Show class sponsorships per class will be $150.00 and we anticipate 30 classes in the Horse Show.  If there is a specific class that you would like to sponsor, we encourage you to do so. A list of proposed classes can be found on the Schedule of events page.

Donations and sponsorships may be paid by filling out the Donation and Sponsorship form and mailing it with a check to:

Please be sure to specify your preference and provide us with a business card and company logo when you submit your donation.

You may also send your donation via Paypal to northamericansuffolkpunch@gmail.com.  The donation form may be filled out, scanned and emailed to the same address.

Any and all of these donations may be split with recognition at the event being given equally to all. Announcements relative to our support group will be given throughout the day during the show to all sponsors.

We request that all donations be mailed before September 1, 2018.  Your donation will be very much appreciated and will be used to promote and help to preserve this rare and endangered breed.

If you would be interested in being a vendor at the North American Suffolk Punch Spectacular, please note this on the application. There will be no charge for vendor space but we will ask for a substantial item donation to the Silent Auction which will be held during the event and results will be announced Saturday night.. There will be a charge for tables and chairs for all booth spaces so please note your needs on the application also. $3.00 for tables, $1.00 per chair
